Below is a quick concept piece from Dan Pare of a Dwarf SWAT team member. Pair him with 5 or so friends and an Ogre Enforcer and they be ready to take down an Elvish Yakuza Stronghold or the Local Orc Ganster's Scrug Pug.
We particularly like the use of Dwarven Runes on the weapons and equipment. Let us know what you think.
New Evolution Games' CyberSlums: A Cyberpunk Fantasy
CyberSlums is a 28mm skirmish miniature game set in a Fantasy world that is all grown up. Dwarf Swat teams battle for control against the Elvish Yakuza while Human naturalists summon Earth Elements to battle the creations of Gnome Technowizards. Cybernetics turn your average human into a match for your neighborhood vampire and street drugs like Abracadabra and Hocus Pocus can turn any ganger into a fire-throwing, lightning bolt summoning sorcerer at just the cost of his sanity.

Halfling Sniper Concept Art
Here is a Halfling Sniper Concept as imagined by Dan Pare. We like that rather than the grittier looking Halfling you might see in other futuristic games, this halfling still looks young and childlike, a distinct contrast to his deadly nature.
